Finishes
General Lock provides you with high–quality finish standards and warrants its products against finish deterioration. However, all finishes have some deterioration over time due to climatic extremes, pollution and use. For the most durable finish in corrosive climates or heavy use, chrome plated or stainless steel finishes are suggested.

Certifications
Many products sold by General Lock are independently tested and comply with ANSI and UL standards. Field modification or disassembly beyond normal installation will void certification.
